Re: The Lounge
I hope you're not implying top gear doesn't deserve it's budget. Because if you are then I'll have to punch you in the eye. Just sayin'.

Re: The Lounge
I tough about posting a few of my favorite clips from top gear, but then I realized that I pretty much like them all.
Except for the American top gear, that'll just be like wet crackers. It's still a cracker, but it's all soggy and bloated.

Re: The Lounge
And the music. Oh, the music. I've heard songs from The dark night, Inception and so on. Too bad that people are starting to get bored with Top Gear.

Re: The Lounge
From that clip and Wikipedia, I still don't understand what the hell Top Gear is or why you all seem to be loving it so much.

Re: The Lounge
Top Gear is a show about three guys driving cars. It's as much driven by the personalities of the three guys as the actual cars, but they get seriously cool vehicles on the show. The only real way to understand Top Gear is to watch, at minimum, three or so episodes, because they can vary pretty wildly. Some are fairly serious takes on old-school british motorsports, while some are absolutely ridiculous over-the-top stunts/setpieces/etc.
Also, the new season, which started recently, featured one of the cooler one-off stunts I've seen out of them.

Re: The Lounge
Top gear's a good watch, yeah. I'm not tremendously interested in the fancy cars, but it's simply a fun show to watch. And now, for something completely different. I battered her with a mix of corn muffin mix, and her un-laid eggs. [Image might be considered slightly offensive? Not too horrible. Let's say 13+] It was... edible. It's kind of a bother to eat though, with all the ribs. I think it was mostly the cooking that I did poorly at. I only skimmed the guide on stir frying, and then figured "better to overcook than undercook." I've got a meter of it and 14 eggs left to try cooking in other ways, though. Baking and scrambling should be simple enough. If the eggs hatch in my fridge, that will be hilarious and terrifying at the same time.

If the cold doesn't kill the babies outright or at least delay their hatching, they'll be extremely sluggish if they hatch inside a fridge.

I just went back to WMP11 from 12, and the toolbar thing is so much better.
Also, changing windows 7 logon screen, woo.

This is in a sense, the essence of Top Gear.Shame Jeremy Clarkson was not there in that scene, would have been funny as ♥♥♥♥.

Re: The Lounge
No he was in top gear a year before brainiac, then he had to quit because he had signed an exclusive deal with BBC.
