Looking carefully past the arrow, you see a long shape lying in the plains outside of the pine trees.

The horsemen are close enough that you can see that they're wearing leather and wooden armor and wielding spears.

Kat's hand grabs the light beam and she slashes it into your chest like a sword. Bones break apart under the sharp blade and hot blood pools from your chest. Whirling around, Kat slams the now cylindrical column of energy into your face like a baseball bat, and everything goes dark.
