You carefully but quickly start to climb up the rock wall. When you reach the top of the plateau, you aren't expected to see what greets you -
A massive, translucent dark sphere covers the entirety of a large stone fort. A large portion of the structure has been destroyed, and various chunks of debris float in the air. Mages and soldiers in the sphere move in slow-motion, battling what seems like giant golems made from earth.
One of these golems are outside of the sphere. It's about your height and resembles an armored knight. A blade of light sits in its hands, and it charges at you.

You walk to the closest icicle towering from the ground and look carefully at the robed man stuck in the ice. In one hand, he has a some sort of ornate sword, and on the wrist of his other hand is a ruby.

A Lupus on the other side of the bridge shouts -

Somni takes out a piece of paper and quickly draws up a complex rune that you've never seen before.
"Here, charge this!"
Everyone else draws weapons and prepares for the assault on the bridge.
