Edit: Neither Games nor Desktop will let it run. Are there any settings or permissions I need to mess with?

I installed it on my desktop in a folder, and it still won't run. No matter where I put it, nothing happens.

Cortex Command runs fine with no mods in, but my mod list is huge and I think that's my problem. Mabye too much is being stored in memory?

Does it open a process when you click on the icon?
