He doesn't need to edit it frame by frame, a simple lua script that deletes any object coming near this actor and deletes the actor if the brainbot comes near would do the trick, this appears too logical to be a simple bug, either It's a hoax or someone that has access to your computer either locally or remotely is making a joke.

edit: either way I am curious about it and would like to have a look into your CC files, could you upload them?

its not just the brainobt. its every guy. anybody who gets near makes him dissappear, but sometimes an actor wont make him dissappear immedietly!!! i can touch him!! then someone else comes and he dissappaers!!!!!

he just randomly appears in my games!! i dont think that anybody could do it remotly. also sometimes his head isnt on his body sometimes he hs no legs!!! i just wnatted the prettiest pictures! if i kill him with a rockte he comes back immedietly, and if i kill him wiith a gun the game crashes with no explenation!!!!!!!!!!1

by someone accessing your computer I meant someone modifying your cc files, not actually directly controlling the actor.
