Are you playing on PC, by any chance? I have no idea why, but I get ungodly lag on all PC multiplayer games, whether it's something as simple as Soldat or stuff like Halo 2. I've never gotten any real lag on consoles, using the same internet.

Also yeah. Not exactly amazing. This is on a good day, too. I usually get 200ms+ of ping.

I just can't get myself to give away 45 bucks for a game over a year old. And with battlefield 3 and MW3 coming along just adds to the damage.

Don't have BF2 either, but if the server is standalone I wouldn't mind at all.

...dolphin dives are kinda exclusive to Black Ops?
