I find MW2 to be a bazillion times more silly and gunslinger-y than CoD4 with the dual-wieldings. CoD4 atleast tried to stay serious with that ♥♥♥♥. I mean, seriously. Some lighter pistols still go but shotguns? ♥♥♥♥?
Don't forget Black Ops has duel-wielded, fully-automatic shotguns. You reload with magic.
No it doesn't. :L If you mean the HS10, I would like to aware you that it's semi-auto.

Re: MW3
It doesn't really matter, considering the rate at which you can fire them at. To anyone watching they will be automatic.

Re: MW3
You can tap the fire button quickly enough to produce an "automatic" effect. The dual-wielded Winchester Model 1887s in MW2 were lever-action, ie, slow-firing, and even those were overpowered.
EDIT: Also, the P90 wouldn't be that hard to dual-wield in real life. The weapon bears an ambidextrous design, it's relatively lightweight (6.6lbs when loaded), and it's easy to fire since it has a comfortable, ergonomic grip, as well as an integrated stock. Sure, it's more accurate when you use two hands for one gun, but it's definitely not hard to imagine firing one using one hand.

Yeah the P90 is one of a few PDWs that wouldn't actually be too stupid to wield two of.
