Re: Official "What is that game?" thread.
Damn, I'm sure I've played the exact game you're talking about, not so long ago. The name escapes me though, I'm sorry.
EDIT: Solid Balance? Not the one I played but It's got blocks.

Was the floor reflective, and were the blocks slightly rounded?

Re: "What is that game?"
There's a flash game I'm looking for: It's a game where you play a 3 legged spider-like creature (who was orphaned at birth) and the objective of the game (or at least the first part of it) is to get your babies to safety.
Gameplay mechanics were as follows: 1) to move, you clicked and dragged the feet to a different position (or you could just throw the feet and they would stick to the first surface they came in contact with) 2) grabbing objects was done with the space bar I believe.

Tri-achnid, by Edmund McMillen. Just go to Newgrounds and look it right up. Yeah, that game was always really fun. Better yet, here's the link: I give you, Tri-Achnid.

The game was basicly a 3d round arena where blue and red blocks dropped. The point of the game was, I believe, to build a tower with your color blocks and when the tower fell the player with the most touching blocks in a row from the fallen tower won... or something like that... it was a long time ago but something about the game stuck with me in my head... anyone have a clue about it? Sounds like Bontago to me.

You could place TNT crates to kill the enemies that ran along the platforms. I think you could also collect a powerup which set you on fire (?) and any enimy you ran into would die.

Hey guys there's this game I played in elementary, maybe it was kindergarten even. I can't remember the name, really old game. You were in a tower full of platforms. The object was to get as high as possible without falling offscreen. You only had one button, spacebar, and holding it down charged up your jump and letting go made you jump. Your character automatically moved horizontally, switching directions when he hit the walls of the tower, like a goomba. There was a normal mode with just normal platforms. Also a different mode with springy platforms and spikes and treadmills.
