   |   Re: What's Behind the Alias?People call me crazy occasionally, and my initials are MLC.It's the best I could come up with.

 But it's catchy, ain't it?

   |   Re: What's Behind the Alias?Around the time I came up with this username, there was a scare that bananas were going to be wiped out entirely due to a virus or insect or bacteria or something. I was pondering what I would do if I were to discover that I had in my possession the very last banana on Earth. It's become somewhat of a tradition for me to come up with usernames late at night and with little deliberation, so TheLastBanana was just sort of the first thing to pop to mind.I've gone by a lot of other usernames, but I honestly don't think I could explain most of them, so I'll just leave it at that.

   |   Re: What's Behind the Alias? Before I settled on Carriontrooper, I used to call myself DDT, like the poison. It had a pattern similar to my initials, and my teenage mind is somehow attracted to death and all that stuff. So I went signing my works as DDT for a few years... and then I came up with CarrionTrooper while Counter-Strike was popular. I figured myself the kind of guy that would soldier on even after death, and I was gauntly like a zombie anyway, and it kinda stuck.

   |   Re: What's Behind the Alias? When I was small, I couldn't pronounce the letter 'M' so I called myself Natti.I had forgot that until a few years back when my mother told me about that.
It sounded nice and I just started using it.
Before that I went with Nattuli. Then I realised it sounded silly, and started using Nautileus and Nautilus as alternate nicks if Natti is taken.

   |   Re: What's Behind the Alias?Oh, I forget that I used 411570N3 here. Yeah, it's the leetspeak of Allstone, which is a minor obfuscation of my real name.

   |   Re: What's Behind the Alias? Here I use Maart3n, which is my real first name with the e replaced for a 3. In quite a few games I use Maar7en, not only because Maart3n is taken but also because I often get in crazy situations and come out without a scratch, and 7 is a lucky number. Currently I often use Valkyri3, started of when my Maar7en account got banned somewhere(still not sure why.) I just went with some random mythological creatures until one wasn't taken. When that's take I use Basilisk. I prefer Valkyri3 though, because people tend to short the names down, and Valk still sounds okay, Basy not so much. Back in the day, we're talking 5-6 years ago, I used Maarten953. Maarten was taken so the game gave me a list of possible passwords that were similar. 953 is a pattern, 9/2= 4.5 round up, 5/2=2.5 round up, so I picked it. And since windows live is populated with ♥♥♥holes and I only wanted to play section 8 I picked a name that would fit in with the AI. I chose to use the latin for sword of the god(or gods): "Gladus Domini" 111herbert111 wrote: My friend called the rift worm from Gears of War 2 "Herbert", I just stuck some 1's on either end. Also, this is my middle name and my dad's first name. It never ceases to amaze people how hilarious my middle name is.

   |   Re: What's Behind the Alias? The computer I shared with my brother back in the day was called "Desbox" A shortening of "desma's box". Desma being a mashed together word of "De små" which means the little ones. When I finally got my own computer I called it pelbox as my name is pelle. When I then went online I got fascinated with 1337speak (much to my later regret) and changed out some letters. It just stuck from then.

   |   Re: What's Behind the Alias?I had the nickname trousers, for wearing my trousers up very high on the waist. I added Demon for use on the internet, blissfully unaware of any innuendoes. It was funny when I was 12/13. I have it as my username everywhere. With a single exception, "Geekazoid" on newgrounds, I am trouserdemon all over the internet.

   |   Re: What's Behind the Alias?Barnox came from needing a medieval-sounding name for an RP. I was unaware of the Shedcow synonym.Newer name of Banrax came from a misspelling that stuck.
