Scroll down to this area:
And here you can change your funds.

Change the SetTeamFunds to (amount of money you want, Activity.TEAM_1);
for each difficulty, the Mod manager doesn't work for B24 yet.
If it's B23 then yeah it'll work. The above is for B24 only btw.
