I see someone else has figured out the "ladder in front of a window" design for archers. However I think its much more effective with only a one layer wall, and maybe a halfdoor.

Are there any plans for fog of war? Pretty sure the sword is 1HKO, makes knight duels interesting. Lag seems to affect combat a lot to be honest, once ocia or miggles hit me about three times and then I hit him twice and he died, I didn't. Re: Fog off war - I don't think so, sadly. I was an advocate of line of sight but I think kingarthur is after more RTS elements and therefore wants to avoid obscured vision. I quite like the idea of being able to dig underneath someone's base and pinch their gold without them being any the wiser but I suppose it does encourage greifing to some extent.

Yeah, I've taken multiple arrows and survived. I won't lie, it makes me laugh when I see people run off cliffs then half a second later they reappear on solid ground.
Any plan on adding functioning constructables? Siege engines, cannons - some sort of long range artillery. That'd be pretty awesome. And, like, drawbridges could be cool too.

What would case 2fps and crazy lag? Cause that what I have, and it keeps me from getting past the start menu.

This is the best game. It just needs some bugfixes and more blocks and more classes and then it will be the more best game x 2.

Can you also ask your coder to have options for lower y resolutions? I'd rather not have to have it in full screen all the time.

There's a small upcoming features section of the readme; siege engines, bridges, catapults and the like seem to be planned. I'd like to see Belfry (Siege Tower), personally. Also, I'll send that bug off to the blog, if I can re-create it. Otherwise it's a derp on my end.

Re: King Arthur's Gold - A 2D Minecraft-like
The official server should be, like, 4000 by 500, maybe even 4000 by 1000. The only problem I see with that is that whenever I generate huge maps, the peaks are sometimes really steep, going up at 70 degree angles 'n' ♥♥♥♥.
Also, how come on the official server there's no falling damage, but I can't fall several blocks without dying when playing with my own maps?

Here is the glorious blue castle I renovated on the default server. It got ransacked shortly after by the FILTHY RED SCUM.
