A low rumble shakes your arm as the wolf growls, revealing his teeth with blood seeping through them and dripping. You track a blood drop to the ground with your eyes and see that your foot is impaled and pinned to the ground with his shortsword.

Hand now free, the Lupus strikes you in the head sideways, throwing you down without letting your foot go. Your hand slips from your dagger, leaving it firmly embedded in the beast's snout.
