I don't suppose you guy's know how to mod the server files?

I'm playing minecraft with my brother's, but we don't know how to install mods, and don't want to get bukkit.

Take a look in these forums and find mods you like, follow their instructions on how to insert their code.

Duh got tired of people bitching about the server, and quit.
Bentus and I put lava everywhere, while De-OPing and banning anyone who tried to stop us as retribution.
Whitty freaked and shut down the server, corrupting the map.
Everyone is butthurt.

Why the ♥♥♥♥ did you do that? Because Duh got tired of playing admin? if that's the case, you sir (and Bentus), are demented as hell. If not then why?

I believe they had some grievances about how the server was run.
The sad part is the lack of backups, which is partially my fault (though since I had no automatic backup system, it was a pain to do manually).

Looks like I spent 5 hours mining for nothing. Oh well, this as happened several times in the past on witts server.

All terrorists have been headshotted, so thar shall be no moar corrupting of maps. I'm also going to set up a backup system so it doesn't happen again.
