I just shot a rainbow blast of plasma from my hands that I generated through contained fusion and fission reactions between my hands. Realism went out the window a long time ago.

Just assumed, since guerrilla usually holds hands with Che Guevara types.
Would it be possible for my character to tension his muscles in say, his fist, so that his fist is rock solid? If so I'd be able to, well, break walls. And extremely hard faces.
