 Re: April 1st Attack
I did in fact get a malicious virus blocked by avast the day I logged on. It seems to try to turn on internet proxy and disable firewall and other antivirus. I am doing an Avast! scan right now.

I love people like this who think they're invincible and that all viruses are obviously marked and labelled and don't do thinks such as exploit backdoors in flash It's always amusing watching them get caught out, as they always inevitably do Viruses don't only exist on illegal download sites, kiddo. You can get them from perfectly legitimate places. They're sneaky like that, if they weren't they wouldn't even exist any more.

I haven't used an anti-virus in years aside from scanning my ♥♥♥♥ with an active scanner every month or two and I have literally never had a virus. You have to be ♥♥♥♥ stupid to get viruses.

 Re: April 1st Attack
Yes.
THANK you!
Plus, if I ever DO get anything (I've had a scare or two), I immediately shutdown and reboot into safe mode, then run a complete scan of CCleaner and browse my temporary files for anything suspicious before booting up again.
