Flame Wheel was the ♥♥♥♥. ♥♥♥♥ that stupid flame monkey for trying to steal it, it is Typhlosion's signature move and chimchar can go fall down a ravine for all I care. Piplup (Evolves to Empolean, Water/Steel, hells yeah.) is the best Gen 4 starter.

I think that Blaze Kick is better then Flame Wheel. Come at me bro.

Yo Blaziken, I'm happy for you and Imma let you finish, but Typhlosion is one of the best Fire Starters of all tiiiiiiime.

In other words, Blaziken takes second in my book, Charizard third, and the stupid fire monkey can go die in a hole. But that's me.

I have to say that Pikachu is my fave, only because I beat Yellow with him. Although it became a love/hate relationship when he became so powerful that he killed ever pokemon I tried to catch.

But, since I spent probably a month of time ingame, I became emotionally attached to him. I was also like 6 years old. I cried when I lost the cart of it.

The fire type starters are following the chinese zodiac, by the way. If you don't like that the fire starter is a chicken, you'd have to blame the guy that made charizard, which is something I think a lot of you aren't willing to do.

They are?
They seem in a really indirect order.

Dragon, dog, chicken, monkey, pig. They're not doing it in order, true, but they will have done a fire chicken at some point.

There's no dog yet, but there is a rat: Cyndaquil.

I was saying that even if they didn't do a fire chicken then, they would have done it eventually.

While I don't doubt you, Allstone, it would have made much more sense to follow some sort of pattern with the other types too. I mean water goes: Turtle, Crocodile, Salamander, Penguin, Otter. As for the grass types, the first two and the latest one just don't resemble anything.

Dinosaur, Dinosaur, Lizard, Tortoise, Snake.

Sorry, but Charmander is betterer looks way cooler, both in game and on TV :P Not to mention in FireRed and LeafGreen, having a Charizard later on meant no space wasted for a Flying type in the team, more space for Water types to cope with the neverending supply of HM's requiring water...
As for Pokémon White, soooo much unexpectedly great changes to graphics - Castelia City probably my favourite so far! Wasn't sure about the whole Elite Four deal where you choose what order you go in... it was a good idea I think in theory, but I personally didn't find it as challenging. In all though, beginning a sceptic, ended up really happy with Nintendo :)

I laughed.

Anywho, I thought all of the final evolutions of the different starter types in the separate games were made to be balanced with each other when it came to stats. Not sure about that, though. Also, I don't teach hidden machines to my power mongers. My Victini could learn a number of hidden machines, and so could my Zoroark. That's all just personal opinion, though.
