Question #1: Are you even in this game?

Captain Barker is an NPC controlled by the GM. He's also very obviously a player. Just look at the last roll.

No, it's not a 'reserved right' of the administration team. Sure, it's usually just used when mods have to edit posts, but it's also been used for special characters in RTDs since the early days of RTD Blue.

Like, by the second punch with the same arm that arm would be a useless hunk of meat, and if I decided to run lightning-fast, the force would shatter my bones over time.
