I am aware that lots of new modders tend to shy away from contests.

So I am going to host one where anyone who had a mod release more then 6 months ago aren't eligible to win.

Exceptions:
- Only one mod - Cannot be a released more then 1 year ago.
- More then 5 mods, you are restricted unless you have a reason why you still should: ie minor mods.
- Add more?

Unfortunately it was released, that being said i don't see how a glow can be in a no blood mod.

Im going to make a new mod. I was referring to the fact that if I was a newb modder or not.

Is it required that you use your own glows?

Uh no, however you require permission to use their glows save probably Azukki's glow pack since i think most people edit those to their preference, however that is at his discretion.

I would like to partake but i don't really know anything on glows...
