From a decent sniping distance, yeah. Also, that was an extreme. Odds are, a dummy will drop faster, but that is the most I have seen.

I know that they have different statistics and whatnot, but I don't understand why it's coloration is similar to that of a peanut butter sandwich tossed into a blender.

Long Rifle (Scoped)
No such weapon exists in CC. There's just the Long Rifle and the Sniper Rifle, which are completely different weapons,

These are the two I was referring to:

Sorry for any name confusion. At this point all I am wondering is why the sniper rifle looks like chocolate milk in color.

Made of different wood, maybe?

I guess you guys are right. It just seemed to contrast a lot with the normal long rifle. I was seeing the guns as being made with the same materials, with the same dimensions. Looking at the sprites, I can see my mistake. A good reason for different woods being used are for different balances of durability and weight. A sniper rifle doesn't need to withstand as much damage from enemy soldiers, typically. Sorry for my insolence.

I'm aware that they're not sensible weapon materials, but they work very well in this example.

Hell. If I were to make a gun that sells in the masses, I'd never use mohagony nor oak. Oak is much too heavy and mohagony costs way too much.

The likely material would be EXORBITUS, a tree native to the unnamed planed we're fighting over.

I'm pretty sure I'd still use pine.

It's pretty cheap, you know.

Why not just use a used coke bottle.

the mauler shotgun

likes: its a shotgun it rapes armour and flesh but not terrain

dislikes: weight but its understandable the fact there is no pumping sound and it looks like its firing tiny cannonballs

Haha! Wooden, the user, was the one who brought us off of the conversation referring to types of wood! The irony is beautiful!

USER WAS ALMOST WARNED FOR THIS POST, TOO, BECAUSE, SERIOUSLY?
