Somersaulting backwards to recover, Andrew blasts off like a rocket at the
Gator's face - specifically it's left side. Just as he runs out of land he leaps sideways and pulls his fist back as far as he can past his shoulder. The

Just as the danger seems to die down, a second and then a third, deeper and more ragged snarls punctuate the semi-silence.
