To everybody: New version of Minecraft. If you updated, you will not be able to play on the server and will have to wait. If you want to use the new version of Minecraft AND play on the server, you'll have to keep two version of minecraft.jar, the new version and one that is compatible with the server.

If any of you already updated and need an old jar, I have mine here. It has my texture pack and mods enabled though.

Because if you try to connect with a newer client to an older server it'll refuse.

We use bukkit, a server mod, to get all the awesome features, and it hasn't been updated for the new version yet.

Alternatively, we could abandon bukkit for the vanilla software again, which now has whitelisting built in.
I believe this would require a map wipe as well, not sure if the modified chunks made by the various addons we have installed will successfully turn into the new map format.
