You may have tried right in the middle of the restart, try again. Or, if it says you're not whitelisted, you need to PM me your minecraft name.

To everyone having trouble with the multiple worlds and building: there's a bug in Craftbukkit at the moment where if you spawn in an alternate world you cannot destroy blocks (and possibly build). To fix it you have to go back to the original world (easiest way is by /spawn) and then back to where you were.
I'll take a look into fixing it.

EDIT: Well it would require updating Bukkit, but that breaks /help so that's not an option.
Consider it a minor annoyance for now, use /sethome when you log in, /spawn to go to world, then use the appropriate portal and /home.
Also, because BlazeXER found a way to both place and detonate TNT through the ban, I've disabled TNT explosions for the time being.
