I bet there is one heck of an interesting (Full of betrayal and enslavement) story on how dummies became a fraction.

What exactly is this thread for?
FYI, I belive dummies were just robots that became self-aware, and started killing dudes.

No, I think that's the plot of Terminator.

Whatever, it was along the lines of getting tired of getting mindlessly slaughtered, and or the fact they were trying to make it too realistic, for test purposes, like how would BUTTERBALL JAMES REACT TO GETTING SET THE ♥♥♥♥ ON FIRE.

It would seem wise for any fraction to have a supply of test dummies, yet how did they get loose?

I figured it was a better way of starting out a dummy topic rather then stating.

Dummies.

Lets talk about Dummies.

Dummies do happen to be left field with their weapons. Just about anything other then physic weapons.

Testing dummies with weapons in testing. Good match.

I don't really like Dummies, but sometimes one or two of them seem to have a "A.I. Personality" and are charming to watch.
For example, one time a lone Rambo-Dummy picked up one of my Dragunov rifles, and proceeded to beat the mission "Swarm" without any assistance.

Did you see my avatar? Of course their AI is charming.
But Dummies are sneaky bastards. It has happened to me like a thousand times, I've been playing tutorial to test stuff and fool around, and that dummy which is kept prisioner gets out of the firing range, grabs that AK-47 and destroys my brain.
They really have guts.

Well not just sneaky, they like to get revenge as well.

One time I shot that prisoner dummy in the leg, and went on to accidentally killing myself. Then, as the mission started up, the dummy got out of his prison, grabbed the gun I used to shoot him with, then proceeded to kill my Soldier-Guard I had in front of my brain in the legs.

Tutorial : Judgement Day.

The testing dummies won't stand for this... this time!

Along with having a charming AI, they have the best delievery systems. Armoured engines, drop crates, tiny rockets.

I also love their weapon selection, one of everything.

Yeah, dummies are relentless, fearless and mindless war-machines.
Really, they are just there to kill in any way they can.
I don't get the same feeling from the Coalition for example. They look more like passive badasses. And the Browncoats only give me the feeling of "Pay me and I'll be the badass".
The only ones that also give me this feeling are the Ronin, but they give it in other way, it feels like they enjoy doing riots rather than having a cause.
That's why Dummies are nice.
