i've got a few questions is it worth it buying minecraft i've watch a few videos and i do like the idea of building lots of things but can i builded in a survival sever with other players?

To answer your first: Yes.
Your second is more open ended. I like it, but it's not for everybody. Play the Creative version for a while and see if you like it. Survival Multiplayer is really more of the same, but with some more fancy blocks and unlimited terrain.
