Ok. May I just say that I hate the Permissions plugin's permission system.
Changes rolled back (save for groups), I'm going to try to figure out what's going wrong.
No idea when it'll be fixed.

Finally got my server up. Tested it with about 4 friends.

Currently disabled due to lightning.

Did you reload the plugins after making the changes? Everything looks alright to me, syntax wise.

If you have all the permissions, do a /reloadall while inside the server.

Well then something is wrong with your iChat, because iChat doesn't use <> enders even by default. Maybe something in the server log will tell you?

Ah. Yup, looked in the log, and for some reason, iChat isn't being loaded during the start-up process. Strange.
