A heatsink on ram is kind of unnecessary for this kind of build. The pair I picked out will get the job done just swimmingly.
*EDIT* In other news, retrieving my bank account info tomorrow. So stand by.

Here's the specs on your RAM you've picked out: - 3-4-4-8 -- The RAM I pointed out has a lower timing, meaning it's slightly faster.
 - 2.6V - 2.75V -- The RAM I pointed out also has a lower voltage, meaning it's cooler. The RAM also has a heat sinc, meaning heat will be less of an issue, considering this server will be online constatnly.
  - ECC: No -- This means there's no error correction, which is recommended for servers. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RAM_parity
 - Buffered/Registered: Unbuffered -- This is also bad for servers. Registered/Buffered is better for servers. http://club.myce.com/f7/buffered-ram-vs ... ram-74064/

And the RAM I pointed out is Corsair. WOOO CORSAIR But everything else is the same. They have the same CAS latency. They both have a Dual Channel Kit. They both have Limited Lifetime Warranties. I seriously recommend getting the ones I posted a link to.

DAUSS HAS OFFICIALLY STARTED HIS RAMPAGE. Any and all things inside the pvp box are now OPEN SEASON. Let the DAUSSHUNT BEGIN!
Actually someone's gotta give him some gear.
EDIT: Alk, also known now as CaravanMan, What wares do you have to trade? What is the currency, or is it barter?
EDIT2: It's CuddlyCobra. His house got nuked by the DaussKnight. Or DaussBandit. Or the DaussCannon. I like the last one.

Just in case everyone didn't know: use /warp zonerules to get to the PVP zone!
IDEA I kind of want to create a web-based form for selling and hawking our discovered wares.

I'm not a web developer if that's what you're asking for, but I can put up a PHPBB3 forum if you want.

That's a bit more work than necessary. We just need some kind of text boxes or something that people can type in and delete after a sale. Or you guys can just list things HERE: http://www.yourworldoftext.com/WhittySMP
