A heatsink on ram is kind of unnecessary for this kind of build. The pair I picked out will get the job done just swimmingly.

Here's the specs on your RAM you've picked out:

• 3-4-4-8 -- The RAM I pointed out has a lower timing, meaning it's slightly faster.
• 2.6V - 2.75V -- The RAM I pointed out also has a lower voltage, meaning it's cooler. The RAM also has a heat sinc, meaning heat will be less of an issue, considering this server will be online constatnly.
  
• ECC: No -- This means there's no error correction, which is recommended for servers. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RAM_parity
