What are the requirements, and the effects, I need to know what I am doing

You still have the lady killer magazines, why not take the bullets from the magazines and hand cannon them at the enemy? It would be as if you fired them from the gun, but probably more damaging, since Hand cannon > Gun.

Maybe RP ask what happened to blue so you guys can know what to do? Like should you keep attacking her or not?

She said checkmate, and then Blue slapped herself. I have a feeling Fiona's got it under control. That said, exposition would be nice.

CrazyMLC [6]: You quickly pull out and socket Wiffles' Orb, then look around for that flying robot. Foa seems to have the sniper one covered...ish...
You see it off to the side, pounding the crap out of a screaming BioBen. DISCONCERTING. You take flight, launching yourself through the air at the large robot. It notices you bellowing a war cry mid flight, and ducks to dodge your attack. You twist in midair to try and hit it as you pass, and manage to clip its arm with Akonis before hitting the floor and skidding across the ground wildly.

The robot, who you didn't see get to his feet since you were talking to Fred, punches you in the stomach. Fred, energy depleted, detaches from your back and scurries away from the battle. The robot then grabs you around the legs and lifts you up in the air, then slams you into the stone floor a couple times. Thankfully, MLC quickly comes to the rescue, saving your bacon.

Game Events: Blue continues to wrestle with her left arm, which has gone from being limp at her side to fighting its owner with all its strength. Everyone is watching this transaction with either mild amusement or complete confusion. Sadly, nothing new seems to be happening, and Blue eventually pins the rebellious arm underneath her on the ground.
"Ha! Now what, you bastard!"
She looks up to see Fiona standing over her.
"Now, I win. Grand Lullaby."
The two bangles on Fiona's wrist glow for a moment, and a single clear musical note rings out across the room. Blue's eyes go blank, and she slumps to the ground.
"And before anyone asks why I didn't do that before, it's because Rampage would just wake back up and take control back. I needed Blue to be awake so that we could regain control. Ah, speaking of which, how do you feel?"
Blue's awake again, and looking around the room.
"Hungover."
She grins, then falls back onto the ground laughing. Fiona joins her on the ground, and even with the laughing. After about a minute of this, the two of them have managed to calm down a bit.
"Aight, you Rollers are gonna have to help us walk, because I don't think I can walk down that hall alone without falling over."
"Same!"

You could always spontaneously grow a new pair. Perhaps get the legs from one of the robots and replace your own?
