Andrew - Asfer - Ruben - Johnny POV:
Asfer makes it to Barker first, followed by Asfer and finally, the newcomer (Ruben). Barker gestures to them all to follow him and they fast-jog through the path he's cleared. Half-way through the path, a figure steps out from between the trees and joins the procession.
"This is Johnny Maxfield. I found him wandering along the road just up here - he's agreed to help us out. I've got a raft on the river up ahead so we can cross. Get on it as soon as you four can, we don't have time to lose!"
The end of the path comes into sight and, past that, a large raft tied up on the edge.

Vlad - Kyle POV:
Dead bodies of both Native Tribespeople and Military Men litter the ground. Smoking hulls of vehicles and bomb craters are scattered about. The Swampland ahead of the battleground seems inviting and amusing compared to this horrendous sight. Blood and debris pollute the small lakes and ponds at the southern end and the few trees not blown up around the edges are otherwise damaged or broken.

CURRENT SUB / OBJECTIVES:
Find the Fabled Tree - through the swamp (across the river for A+A+R+J)
