that is why all 'porters come with a Time Displacement Device that allows people to move around to avoid danger.

Didn't someone get banned for making a mod of that?
Anyways, a portable Gatling gun with a grenade launcher barrel between the rotating barrels. The action to feed the launcher without complicating the Gatling gun too much? Some kind of muzzle loaded metal storm sort of thing.

You could try some of those grenades used on the AA-12. Not too powerful, but they're rather small.

Well, yeah, but I was keeping it simple, which really isn't really the point of this thread.
Yeah, the grenade launcher should be fully automatic, and it also needs bayonets on each of the spinning barrels.
