It is generally a bad idea to prioritise 'canon' over gameplay. For example, you wouldn't want to make your basic actor unable to fit into a standard bunker module unless you're prepared to make a set of your own into which they fit.

But the power of "Look cool" usually overrides functionality. I would insta DL and play this mod if the actors were the beefy ones in Cooops' sprites but I don't because I think Spartans are basically "more" than the general stormtrooper, and that more includes height and muscle.

I wouldn't mind the size, but the sprites done to go with the helmet and be normal sized look like a 1.5x larger green clone. Just scale down Coops' sprites.

I think that aesthetics really help with game play and enjoyment and high number of downloads. Usually I can focus on mod mechanics and bugs when I'm not looking at terrible sprites.

Why are you still here? Fine, ill do some stuff. There goes my BF2 mod, bah. I'll see if i can get some new sprites by Sunday and i think i fixed the walk paths for the marine already, if i haven't just yell at me and ill post my version up. What drop ship would you guys like to see? I was thinking falcon but you guys might have a better idea (unlikely, but never the less...)

But a pelican would be hard to do, i would need to do it side on for the door to look remotely ok and then I'd need to get it to flip, like the gunship perhaps? Anyway i made a half decent drop pod, it just needs a sprite but Kettenkrads working on (literally) 5 mods at once, so if any of you feel keen i would appreciate a few sprites for anything you want made. I've also realized how crap the SMG is and decided to fix it so it feels right, after i make an ODST ill probably move onto bunker modules then crafts, maybe throw in some tools, interesting fact, in one of the books they used insta-crete foam so that will be a tool, though i have no idea what i'll use for a digger.
So for a recap, pelican, meh. GIM MEH MOAR SPRITES. SMG fixed. ODST then bunker modules then craft with tools. Yay for insta-crete.
PS, SILENCE BUFFY!!! i can shpell howevar i wiskh

Wow, thanks culthero, although I'm not sure what one of those i should try to sprite and fail at. I am looking for a spriter, or sprites. just PM me with an example and ill let you know if it will or will not be used.
