 Re: Art Dump
You could simply open it in your favourite paint (with layers) program and make a second layer under your lineart, set the lineart layer to multiply mode and colour away on the bottom layer.

Cheers. And aye, I noticed the rather funky head structure.

 Re: Art Dump
Yep, aside from the head and the really low knees, it's looking pretty good. I'm a bit biased when it comes to astronauts, tho.

 Re: Art Dump
A bit more work on it. No idea if I like the clouds, or the stretched tarp, or quite a few of the details, so I kind of decided to put it down and come back in another couple of days. Crits would be awesome. I haven't touched the colours.

 Re: Art Dump
You lost some grass there. And I seriously didn't notice the big 'hole' in the bottom-right in the first image. Looks (even more) awesome.

 Re: Art Dump
Yeah, I trimmed back some of it a little to provide some variation.
There's still "holes" in the rendering all over the place (especially bottom right, still, where there's still some of my draft lines) but looking at it again today I'm quite happy with the progress.

 Re: Art Dump
head sketch, from imagination, so if you see something blaringly wrong you know why. Just focusing on color values since lately my contrast in some drawings has been bad.

Soon, in my VisCom class, we're gonna be making skateboard decks. I can't wait to post pictures of mine, once it's done. It will explode your face with awesomeness.

 Re: Art Dump
For two hours, that's amazing! Except that the bone is apparently reflective. If you look near the lego guy you see the red reflecting off a bit too radiantly.
