It would be a drop create which can move up and down on the y axis, the guide wires can be FrameMan:DrawLine function using cast rays to get length making it scalable. Plus a castray check to see if the lifted can eject the people, else disable eject. Yes, I think I will make your lifted if I can use your sprites (if they are yours    )

 I only have one cable because it lags too much with two. You can add other modules to it and the modules need proper background images, but it works.
