i mean it takes an hour to download then it wont install... it just kinda pulls up the setup thing then it disappears jus like that...

Maybe. If you don't plan on paying for gold, a free premium tank can be helpful for credit grinding, at least. Just remember to turn accelerate crew training on, because you are probably not going to be using that exp ever in that case.
