when i start up cortex command i get an error screen saying

i have no idea what to do...

Your settings.ini is probably destroyed. [aka eaten up & blank due to cc's randomness]
Back up mods, reinstall.
Or request a settings .ini.

well i won't be able to reinstall because when ever i'm downloading something it'll stop download at a random spot and i have to pause and start it again but when i try that with CC it won't work...

oh wait i forgot i kept a copy of the installed just in case
