Last one, then I'm hitting the sack. Front-view one @ top-left needs moar outline and speedy-lines need to be darker. Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz......

 Re: Art Dump
the wheel on the front view looks pillow shaded. I like the lines on their guns, but I think the red dithering on their helmets just hurts readability.
Oh, and for the sword, it's best to either do a really soft gradient (like, from your first to your second colour) or just use one solid colour for blur like that.

 Re: Art Dump
After catching some zeds, I've improved the Wheelman Army via suggestions! Front-view wheel is pillow-shaded, I know, but every time I change it it looks weird. How do you draw a front-on tyre anyway? Now I need a some base structures.

701 on his vest, 710 on his arm? Also, the hand holding the baton looks small. Good job, anyways.
Mind, I actually kind of like the eyes.

Ive gotten rid of whats left of the sleeves, so its easier to tell the arms from the torso, I also tried the most simplest form of shading. CC Please, I think no one noticed it cause it was nearly at the bottom of the page. Ive been trying to learn how to sprite because PW seems fun to be fun, but I'm a terrible spriter, which is why I am trying to learn.

Aside from the colours you chose not providing enough contrast to really display anything meaningful: You need to start thinking in terms of clusters. Without considering them, at least subconsciously, your pixel art will jar the eye a little regardless of how good your colours and silhouette is.. I'd consider starting from scratch and getting some reference.

 Re: Art Dump
A cluster is any group of pixels touching each other, the best ones for small work are in the image I just posted.
A reference is anything you can work from... For reference. Get photos of people, other people's sprites of people, anything that will provide a point you can work from to make sure you're getting proportions right, and just as a comparison.

Then am I not already using clusters? After all, all the parts of the sprite are connected to each other, similar to the way that the image shows. This is just a prototype, and getting a decent image of a convict may prove difficult when I am very bad at even the basics of spriting.

 Re: Art Dump
Never heard of that "cluster" deal before, I learned something today. General Custer An example of how NOT to draw leaves on trees. Jayzus And a real quick sketch inspired from another sketch (which was sketchy)
