						Dragon did the same thing in RtD2. Almost unbearable when he said for the nth time "Try to make armour out of this door and my stuff in my bag".

						And it ended up that his scrap armor made from pots and pans and random knick-knacks was capable of easily deflecting shots from railguns, making him nigh-impervious to any firepower wherever he was armored. Though that may have been plot armor too.
