I had a sweet drawing of a tank with 4 napalm sprayers on a top that spins really fast, plus forward machine guns and a plow(to get through the dead commies), but my scanner is out of commission. SO i leave you with this MSPaint imitation of what it was.  And so it's clear, the round part is an outer shell over a cylindrical cockpit, with viewing equipment mounted on the front.

With that you could first observe the situation, then start it again and do something as you already know what's going to happen.
