Yes this is because of a GUI Glitch ingame.

You can do this by doing these exact steps:

    - Choose an activity
    - Click and hold on the scroll bar
    - Release the scroll with the cursor on the activity

If you did this right then it should show something like this..

Sometimes it doesnt work but keep trying those steps.

thats one glitch i hope does not get fixed

its not really a glitch does not break game, and can be pretty cool at some times!
