Re: Link Dump The Room, starring Tommy Wiseau (and written by Tommy Wiseau [also produced by Tommy Wiseau {made by Wiseau Films}]), is quite possibly the best movie ever made. If you haven't seen it before, you need to see it now. It will change you forever.

Re: Link Dump Sarcasm, bro. In all seriousness, the acting and writing is so horrid that the movie ends up being an unintentional comedy. It's not a bad way to spend 1 1/2 hours.

Re: Link Dump Yeah, I got the sarcasm. I guess that tribute game pretty much beats the movie. I honestly think the text blobs are better actors than the ones present in the movie.

Re: Link Dump The tribute game is certainly better made than the movie, but the movie is still amazing insofar as these people took themselves very seriously and thought that they were being professional actors when every other line is "ohai *name*" and the movie is riddled with unbelievable and cliche scenes that Wiseau thought were deep and insightful. That's why it's good- this is a man's dream, this is the culmination of a $6,000,000 fundraiser, a piece of crap that's been presented to society on a silver platter. Which is why it's good. Nobody could ever intentionally make such a bad movie. Plus, some scenes and lines are entirely unique and priceless... ie, this. Or this. Also this.
