Foil and Ocia haven't stated an action, but I presume that Andrew wants to load the bomb into the Biplane, or at least tell someone of the plan, and Vlad wants to keep talking to the Unknown Caller, who seems to have disappeared?

Vlad, is there a dialtone/hangup noise?

Andrew sidles up to Asfer and starts to look the bomb over, and the Body-Bag Boy comes over as well: "Uhm, hey Robot Dude... Is that a bomb or what? Cause it really looks like one."
"Well, yeah, it does doesn't it?" Asfer replies, rolling his eyes.
"What should I do with it?"
