Hi, my audio's been cracking and popping a LOT, every second pretty much, and it's driving me insane. My audio drivers are up to date, so I don't know what the problem is. I can hear it through my headphones and speakers.

Does this happen with other audio? If so, what?

No, just Cortex Command, or if I turn the volume up waaay high.

I'm having a similar issue, except the sound only pops at the menu. In game, most of the audio is either slowed down or distorted.

What about if you try to decrease the ingame music and sounds and increase the overall computer volume?

Lowering the sound volume works, but for some reason, it resets itself every time I start the game again.

mm..Does this also happen if you try changing it directly on settings.ini?
