   |   Freezing problems(My first post any response is nice) I purchased CC from the humble indie bundle 2. It is by far my favorite game of the bunch but I am having one major problem. I am playing on windows and have been suffering from complete game freeze ups with mods on or off. I have sent an email to support who sent me here so any help?

   |   Re: Freezing problemsB24 crashes a lot for everyone, there's not really anything we can do about it until data fixes it.

   |   Re: Freezing problemsI don't think it is lag I have done some stupid lag-tastic things but it has still been good. I guess it makes sense that b24 is just a crash filled game.

   |   Re: Freezing problemsOk i decided to give B24 another shot, and i found out that its completely unplayable for me too.It just freezes after (max) 5 minutes of gameplay cant complete any mission and the only way is to ctrl+alt+del.
I'm runing it on Windows 7 without any mods, the FPS is okay by the way.
So... there's still no solution to this problem ?

   |   Re: Freezing problemsI have a suggestion that might sound a bit weird.
Try pausing the game every once in a while, not every minute, but every 5 or something similar. I find that when I do this CC doesn't crash as much or as early.

   |   Re: Freezing problemsWell, it doesn't crash for me, though I sometimes see error messages in console window...

   |   Re: Freezing problemsI just joined and was about to make a topic about this, heh... although as FoiL said I guess the only solution is patience. I'm about to try the pausing thing, I'll edit in a bit.
EDIT: That does seem to work for a little bit, although eventually the game did freeze after I didn't pause for around four or five minutes. Much better than before, even if its just putting a band-aid on a gibbed arm.
