Network games?
Are there any plans to make network gaming a reality? The screen can get REALLY cramped with as few as two players, and allowing multiple players to use the same control method would be a great improvement in and of itself.

Re: Network games?
It's possible to use a remote desktop program, but it's laggy and poor quality. There is an online play mod, too, but it's quite restrictive and probably not compatible with this build (yet). Outside of that, there's unfortunately just too much information in the game to transfer it all over the internet. Sorry

Re: Network games?
There is a mod which allows online play however it is: > for B23 > buggy > relies on someone hosting it consistently > is limited to 2 player deathmatch with no physics
Maybe the new scene/mission coding will make it possible to improve these things, however I am not a modder so I don't know. If there is one thing about the DRLFF community though, they can mod to and past a builds limit given enough time.
EDIT: ninja'd

Re: Network games?
How about multi-monitor support, then? Also, does the game support more than one keyboard and mouse?

Re: Network games?
That would depend on how your computer handles more than one keyboard. Mouse no.

It involved virtual Joysticks, I beleive. Worked fine when I tried it, but two mice don't fit well on a small desk. Your best bet is to spend the money and get a few controllers. CC is always more amusing with friends.

Hurr, I underestimated the third party, which I so often do with justification.
Alpha knows what he's on about.
