Post Brain Versus Brain?
So I just got this game through the humble bundle but I had seen it on a friends PC before. He was playing in A skirmish mode where you built your base then fought an AI brain. It seems like skirmish mode is now like a horde mode and in the brain v. brain option even if I assign the computer to play me as soon as I finish building I auto win. Can anyone give me a heads up on what I am supposed to do to get a game going?

The AI needs a brain of its own. How you would go about placing one for it I don't know.

Yeah I tried just placing another room with a brain but it was a no go. Is there not a way to free play like there used to be?

You can create a custom scene that has an enemy base premade.

Oh ok. But there isn't just like a preset mode?

Brain Versus Brain is supposed to be against human players, we just didn't have time to add an option that disables the CPU from being selected. You auto-win since it isn't compatible with that mode. Sorry for the confusion.

Oh ok thanks for the response. I still don't understand if there is or is not a preset mode for a player brain versus an A.I brain.

Ah, I see what you mean. There aren't any levels against AI brains currently. There will be in future builds however, and in the meantime, you might be able to find a mod that lets you fight against an AI brain.

I think that having an "assassination" game mode would be loads of fun. maybe chose from a bunch of prefabs and having one or two connected to each other.

Yeah, there will very likely be something like that.
