   |   Re: Dwarf-DRL FortressYou died when you single-handedly strangled the goblin Hammerlord to death and was then put down by his companions.

   |   Re: Dwarf-DRL FortressLOLOLOL I laughed at the part about the no less than 13 workshops to make stone trinkets.
I set that up to eat up idlers and stone and to produce crafts to completely buy out caravans.

Don't make the elves happy, they start bringing boatloads of cloth instead of giant leopards.

I was actually going to start Operation: New Fortress myself when it was my turn.

   |   Re: Dwarf-DRL FortressBecause, well, you guys didn't set up the fortress correctly, with 3-wide patch to help traffic flow and sectioned off homes deep enough to avoid noise.
Thanks to my new fort, when my turn ended about 70% of the dwarves where happy or ecstatic.

   |   Re: Dwarf-DRL FortressHeh, yeah, I saw how everyone was having trouble with sieges, so I made a danger room (Wait until the troops are lords though before you do anything with them) and plenty of steel stuff so that you guys will have an easier time.

   |   Re: Dwarf-DRL FortressGuess it's my turn then. I'll look into it, some stuff is going on (lol lie), I'll see if I can manage to give it go.
Would it be safe to put non-lord dwarves against unarmed gobbos?

Please elaborate on this "visuals tweaking" you performed.

   |   Re: Dwarf-DRL FortressAll terrain is now in the style of the Ironhand pack, but dwarves are still Mayday's.

And I suggest keeping the goblins armed and using them to train the Lords in live fire combat.

 One on one of course.

   |   Re: Dwarf-DRL FortressWell, despite your best efforts to permanently make the savefile unplayable, I did start playing. Minding my business, wondering who the hell is going to define all those bedrooms, digging pointless rooms, getting another squad up, and stuff. O look, a siege with 9 crossbowgoblins and 6 swordgoblins, all of them mounted. Haha disregard that there's a huge pile of them. wat. (They're all mounted. The dead jaguar is because of something stupid I did with the bridge.)
