I liked the white hearts and the Darkstorm hearts. Does anyone have those btw? As in, already patched into the relevant bmp. Every time I patch stuff in the image goes out of palette.

What method are you using to do this? What program, specifically?

Why use M$ Pain...t when there are so many better art packages out there?
I mean, what about GraphicsGale, or Allegro Sprite Editor, or Grafx2, or Paint.NET, or PixelStudio?!
Heck, even AGSketch!

Well, Paint.Net for one can't keep a sprite in palette, so it's useless for CC spriting.

Paint Shop Pro 9 master race here.

You wont find a better tool for making CC sprites than this.

Because they have a bunch of tools and the asociated time consumption that are completely redundant and useless. MS Paint has all you need in a fast cut-down package with no useless frills and packaging.

I'm not going to continue to tangentise, but I will say that that is exactly why I use GraphicsGale for all my (crappy) spriting needs.

Graphicsgale actually doesn't have anything redundant :)
Besides, palette in image makes it very easy to change sprites.

Anyways back on topic (how the hell did you guys manage to derail it this far?).

Lack of a better subject, along with the lack of more updates.

No one knows exactly, but there was a mention about "mid-december". I'd say 1-2 weeks if that statement stays true.
