I really love the sprites on these, they look very nice and fresh in style and the way the guns work feels good too. A very enjoyable mod.
I think the sniper rifle sprite is way too blue. Too much saturation. I'd suggest a more grey-ish blue for it. And make it reload a tiny bit faster and the zoom range longer.
Give some unique abilities to each type of combine soldier. The metro cop could have a stun baton and some sort of enhanced jump feature on his jetpack that can help him evade danger or reach higher places. The CP guy could deploy a manhack with a certain key-combo that would hunt and attack nearby foes. The overwatch dude could have a rechargable orb launcher integrated to his suit that he can use independently through a key combo, which would cause an orb to spawn and fly the direction the overwatch dude is facing, regardless of any weapon he's currently carrying.
Combine turrets could be sweet too. The ones standing on legs could be deployed through throwable kits (TDExp.). And maybe some sort of low power object manipulator pistol that can be used to pick up and rotate the turrets if they fall over or if you want to move them somewhere else. This pistol could also be used to grab grenades and fire them like the gravity gun can.

Complementery pic : (Unfortunatly the manhack proceeded to kill the left metrocop. Manhack not included) EDIT : A combine took a dropship engine to the face, and only died from it's gibs. The impact only knocked his gun out of his hands!
