Wow this game is awesome! Why didn't anyone tell me about it sooner? It is hilariously fun!

I managed to get zombies to fall out of the rockets, and make them fall ridiculously fast, its crazy!

Ahh yes, this reminds me of my first few encounters in Skirmish.

This game does give a good satisfying feel if you manage to actaully last long enough and have the decency/motivation to build something that lasts.

I had some fun with mods tonight, I downloaded and put in crobotech units.

Ohmygod, they are so awesome, they even pick up weapons automatically by themselves if you drop it into their hands!

They come with their own personal force-fields that block damage and so they can take some intense punishment. Unfortunately the AI of the attacking units is far superior to that of my own forces (that like to sit around doing nothing until the enemy shoots them once, then return fire.) So they completely wipe me out!





Here is the end of a skirmish battle I had at the maginot line base, they completely overwhelmed my forces with their orbital teleportation...they would appear ontop of mine and wipe them away. The few (2 or 3) men inside lasted a lot longer than all (9 or 10?) i had outside. The last guy lasted the longest, killing about 20 of them before dying, probably because I controlled him myself. Boy he was a spartan holding the line all by himself for my pitiful brain in a bottle!

I'll probably take them off the attacking forces they are just too strong against my pitiful defense ability...!

I think I'll keep them for myself though...they are amazingly detailed and awesome.

This Reminds me of the time i crash a rocket into to another rocket which in turn crash into the ground and destroy what was lefted of my bunker.

For a first choice of mod, boy you know how to choose. In my books, that's one of the all time greats.

UniTec and Map Pack 3 are also very good. From the new mods you could try The Red Legion. It's pretty good, though the actors are a bit weak.

A rather good choice if your looking for a satisfying powerfulyness feel... Including looks.

Fight S.A.W with Crobotech, AAL, and (if you're good) Darkstorm or EAF.
