Sit down and concentrate REALLY HARD on healing those holes. When done healing, catch up with group.
I'll take tired penalty for the next roll if the energy use needed to successfully do the action is a lot.

If he simply doesn't have access to a computer due to being away from his house or his PC blew up then just let me know
