Minimums and maximums come into effect after the equation. Technically its 7-1=6.

And I'm now on my way to TAFE, so the roll will be done this afternoon, like, 6 or 7 hours from now.

I guess I should specify more; by 'fillet' I meant 'chop up with knife' because I wanted to conserve ammo. I doubt you'll change it, and I don't mind if you don't, but yeah, I'll be more specific in my rolls from now on.
